You can cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of initially placing it.
Cancelling your order
If your cancellation request is received within the four-hour window, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, minus transfer fees.
The transfer-fee deduction applies to voluntary cancellations under this policy.
Changing your order
Order modifications can be requested within the same four-hour window. Include your order reference and clearly describe the changes you need.
How to send a request
Open the private order link saved at checkout and select Request cancellation or changes. We record when your request is received and hold your order for review. You can check the outcome on the same order page.
Submitting a request does not automatically change the order or send a refund. Faben will review and process it under this policy. Requests are available before shipment; orders already cancelled cannot be changed.
When the window starts
The four-hour window starts when you first place the order, not when payment is confirmed. Cancellation and modification requests must be received within that window.
These policies do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
