Privacy notice

Updated 7 October 2026. This notice describes the current Faben store operated by Fujian Faben Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Information collected

Checkout records include your name, email, optional phone number, delivery address, order notes, products, quantities, totals and checkout agreement. We also store order changes, shipping details, payment status, transaction hashes and any payment screenshots you upload.

Staff access records include staff email addresses, account identifiers, roles and activity. Security controls use a hashed identifier derived from the requesting IP address to limit repeated requests. Hosting services may also process technical access logs.

How we use it

We use this information to handle orders, review payments, dispatch parcels, provide tracking, process customer requests, prevent misuse and keep an order activity record. When email sending is connected, it is also used for order notifications and private-link recovery. This checkout does not enrol you in marketing emails.

Access and service providers

Authorised Faben staff and the dropshipping supplier can access orders and fulfilment information according to their permissions. The current staff system also permits authorised staff to view payment evidence. Delivery details are shared with the supplier in China and relevant shipping providers to fulfil orders.

The current site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and platform-provided Cloudflare database and file storage. These services may process information outside your country. If hosting or email providers change, this notice will be updated to reflect the services actually in use.

Private links and blockchain records

Anyone holding your complete private order link can view the order and payment evidence, submit payment details and request order changes. Keep it private. Links sent through recovery email expire after seven days; the original checkout link remains usable unless access is revoked.

Blockchain transaction records are public and outside our control. Do not upload recovery phrases, private keys or unrelated financial information.

Browser storage

The basket is saved in your browser on that device. A temporary checkout cookie helps protect order submission. Staff sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication. The store does not currently add advertising or behavioural analytics trackers.

Retention and backups

Order records and uploaded evidence currently remain stored until removed by the operator. There is no automatic deletion schedule for those records yet. Copies may be included in operational backups. Expired email recovery tokens are removed during enabled email processing.
